10-Volume Developer
Here's what you're going to do:
★ Reena started out at a level 1 with a half-inch of 100% gray regrowth.
- Section a panel of your choice – have fun.
- Foil highlights in the sectioned area with Formula 1.
TIP: Use a super fine weave pattern. Allow to process for 30 minutes to desired lightness. Rinse, shampoo and towel dry. - To glaze, apply Formula 2 all over and process for 15 minutes. Rinse, shampoo and condition.
